Vendors Conditions and Fees
- $ registration fee per booth rented prior to December 31; After December 31, booth rentals are $. All booths are allocated on first come first served basis. Payment can be made by check or online with a Credit Card. Certificate(s) of insurance for general liability and workers compensation are required before we can finalize and confirm your booth registration. Insurance certificates may be mailed to (address below), emailed in PDF format to or faxed (). Please contact at if you need additional information.
- Two complimentary conference passes will be issued per booth; additional conference passes may be purchased by following the regular registration process which begins "Attendee Signup" on the left. All conference vendors, booth workers and attendees must have a paid registration.
- All participating vendors will be offered an attendance directory in an Excel format. The file will contain the name, organization and e-mail address of all attendees who have opted into the contact list during their registration. By accepting the file the vendor agrees to provide an easy opt-out provision and to not provide any contents of the file to any other party.
- Internet connections and any other telecommunications setup must be negotiated through the hotel. There should be free wireless in the vendor area and other public areas.
- Hospitality suite/Pool Party must be coordinated through the hotel.
- No vendor will conduct another event at the hotel during the CISD conference between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Only one vendor is allowed per booth.
- Giveaways/prizes that have cash value are not permitted.

Booth Refund Policy:
- Full refund, less a $50.00 handling fee, will be made upon written request from the vendor on or prior to December 31st.
- After December 31st a refund will be made only if CISD finds a replacement.
- A non-refundable handling fee of $50.00 is will be charged in any case.
